Privacy Policy

CreatorStats is a private social media analytics dashboard. After an account administrator explicitly authorizes access, the application retrieves account profiles, public content and aggregate performance statistics supplied by the connected platform.

Data we process

For Google and YouTube accounts, this may include channel identifiers, channel name and image, subscriber and video totals, public video metadata, and aggregate view, like and comment counts. For other supported platforms, equivalent account, public content, view, reach, reaction, comment, save and share statistics may be processed when the platform makes them available.

How we use data

We use platform data only to synchronize and display analytics requested by authorized dashboard users. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, send private messages, publish content on a user's behalf, or use Google user data to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.

Storage and security

Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Synced analytics are stored in an access-controlled cloud database and are available only to authorized dashboard users. Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the analytics service or meet legitimate security and compliance requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke CreatorStats access from the security settings of the connected platform. To request deletion of a connection and its synchronized data, email pangxinglian@gmail.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period.
